PLEASE NOTE: This Flatpak does not include any game data. Please copy at least the files Htic2-0.pak and Htic2-1.pak $HOME/.var/app/io.github.m0rb.heretic2r/heretic2r/base/.

Launching the game will inform you with a message if any of the required files are missing and where you need to copy them.
